Council selects preferred property governance model for consultation

Council has selected a preferred model for managing its property portfolio and will seek community feedback before making a final decision. The proposed council-owned property entity would aim to improve long-term property planning, redevelopment and value for ratepayers, while keeping social housing in Council ownership.
