• Proposed permanent 30km/h on Vivian Street, Owen Street, Regent Street, and Sydney Street,

Reason for proposed change

Broadway Ave will be left to be done with the rest of the town centre. This is due to the fact that those walking on these streets are there to access all the businesses and not solely the school. Side streets with access to the back entrances to be included in proposal as 30km/h.

Covers the immediate streets around the school where there will be a high volume of pedestrians and pick-up/drop-off area. The average speed that people are travelling on these two roads is already less than 30km/h.
