  • Proposed 30km/h VSL on SH56 by WK SH ISMP.
  • Proposed permanent 30km/h on Carey Street.

Reason for proposed change

Variable 30km/h proposed in front of the school entrance. This will support safety for school children during pick-up and drop-off times.

Covers the immediate streets around the school where there will be a high volume of pedestrians and pick-up/drop-off area. The average speed that people are travelling on these two roads is already less than 30km/h.
