Contract 3458 - progress update

Council

1. That Council receive the report dated 11th August entitled Contract 3458 – Road Maintenance 2017-21 – Progress Update.
2. The Council endorse the recommended approach being undertaken by Officers to review the full range of contracting options in consultation with neighbouring Territorial Authorities prior to providing a draft proposal on a preferred contract model and scope for Council consideration in November 2019.
