  1. That the committee endorse Krista McJarrow-Keller to be a Youth Ambassador to Palmerston North’s friendship city, Kunshan (China), for the duration of her studies at Duke Kunshan University.
  2. That this memorandum become public upon Council approval of the recommendation, and formal confirmation from the recipient.
