We're proposing to update some fees and charges for planning and miscellaneous services, effective from 1 July 2025.
Each year, we review our fees to make sure they're fair, transparent, and in line with the market. Following our latest review, we're proposing a small increase of around 3.7% for most planning and miscellaneous services to cover rising costs. However, deposit amounts will stay the same.
