On 6 May 2024, the Palmerston North City Council made a decision on Proposed Plan Change G: Aokautere Growth Area to the Palmerston North City District Plan.
Proposed Plan Change G: Aokautere introduces a new structure plan and changes to the District Plan to provide for additional housing supply in Palmerston North over the medium to long term.
Appeals are now invited from submitters. The deadline for appeals is Thursday 18 July 2024.
