Palmerston North City Council intends to grant a licence under the Reserves Act 1977 and our Support and Funding Policy 2022 to Papaioea Pasifika Community Trust.
The Trust plan to start a community garden in Bill Brown Park which will be used as an educational tool for members of the Pasifika community and wider Palmy community. The proposed location is approximately 27m2 and is in front of the Pasifika Centre (between the Centre and the existing playground).
