To book a building inspection, please email us at inspectionbookings@pncc.govt.nz
What you need to provide to book an inspection
In your email, please provide us with:
- the address
- building consent number for the project
- name and phone number of the contact person who will be on site
- your preferred date and time for the inspection (morning or afternoon)
- the type of inspection you require.

Confirming your booking
We'll respond within 1 business day to confirm a time or touch base if we need more information.
Please note, if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled inspection, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
