Rating information database
What's the Council's rates database, and how can you access it?
The rates database holds the information we use to set and assess rates. It is a record of every property in the city. Each property is also known as a "rating unit".
Details include:
- the street address
- rateable values
- services available to or connected to the property
- legal description and area of the property.
You can access this data at any time using our online search tool.
