Anzac Day

Anzac Day on 25 April is an integral event in our city’s annual calendar. The national day of remembrance commemorates all New Zealanders killed in war and honours returned servicemen and women.

Photo shows people gathered in front of the cenotaph for the dawn service.

Palmerston North services take place at the Cenotaph in the Square.

The Dawn Service starts at 6am on Thursday 25 April, followed by a Civic Service at 9am. All are welcome to attend both services.
