Proposed Plan Change B: Napier Road residential extension area

This plan change proposes to rezone land between Robert’s Line and the Napier Road Drain to enable more housing. The new area is referred to as the Napier Road residential extension area.

Rezoning land in this area would enable about 50 new homes to be built.
