Host a play stall 

We’re on the look out for community groups, individuals and organisations who are keen to join the fun and host their own “play stall” at this year’s festival. Council will provide the space and some event volunteers to support you on the day. We may also be able help fund any equipment you need to bring your group’s play stall dreams alive, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you’d like to talk to us about this.  

If you’re keen to be involved and want to discuss ideas, our play advisor is here to chat, so give us a call or send us an email to get the ball rolling.

On the day, event-goers will be encouraged to wander through the event, visit various play stalls and enjoy all the different games and activities being hosted by different groups.

If hosting a play stall isn't for you or your group, would you like to be an event volunteer instead?

Volunteers help with things like setting up the event, supporting stall holders and helping with pack up. We have lots of options and you can stay for as long as you like.
